This is also very important. Look at it as an opportunity to show us what you know and what you can do.
What can I expect from the interview process?
We typically have a video interview with the Talent team. This will cover a lot of key competencies for the role (which can be found in the job description) as well as how well you match our company values (can be found here on our website). An assignment might be sent for you to complete. We will then typically arrange 1 or 2 technical interviews with the Hiring Manager and the Head of Department. The whole process should take around 2-4 weeks, depending on the role.
How can I prepare for the interview?
Since this is your opportunity to shine, please take some time to prepare. Read the job description thoroughly and pay attention to all the requirements including the soft skills. Do a lot of research about Isar Aerospace, study our career page and our LinkedIn page and posts. Take a look at the LinkedIn profile of your Hiring Manager. What experience do they bring? I have a video interview, will this impact my chances?
Not at all, most of our hiring happens virtually or in combination with an in-person element.

Depending on the position, it would take 1-2 weeks after each interview.

Can I request to work remotely?
Depending on the role! Most roles are either 100% based on site, or allow for some flexibility e.g. 1 or 2 days from home, as agreed with your manager.
